  Century 21 Spring Hill's, Sherri Jessen and her husband Denis Jessen attempted to sell my home during 2014. Here is a summary of the experience. 1- Lack of response and follow up. Emails and phone calls would not be returned until days later. 2- Sherri and her husband Dennis demonstrated a lack of knowledge and awareness of basic home systems and structural facts. For example, they listed my home as victorian, but in fact the MLS options allow for bungalow, which it is. 3- When asked a financial question, Sherri and Denis rarely responded with a direct answer. They did not offer to do research on financial products. They failed to offer support as subject matter experts. 4- An interested party contacted me months after the contract had ended. They stated that Denis Jessen opened the house and stood in one room while the interested party reviewed the home. The interested buyer stated that Denis Jessen made no attempt to sell the home.
